双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的制备

PREPARATION OF UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN MODIFIED BY DICYCLOPENTADIENE

通过加成水解法制得了双环戊二烯（ＤＣＰＤ）改性不饱和聚酯树脂（ＵＰＲ），并介绍其产品性能，讨论了各种影响因素，得出主要工艺条件：加成温度６０～１４０℃，ｎ（ＤＣＰＤ）∶ｎ（总酸）为０．５～１．０∶１（ｍｏｌ∶ｍｏｌ）。树脂收率达９２％～９４％。

Unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) which was modified by dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) was prepared through addition-hydrolysis method. The pilot products properties were presented. The effect of different factors was discussed and the main process conditions were obtained:temperature,60～140℃;n(DCPD)∶n(total acid),0.5～1.0∶1(mol∶mol). The yield of resin reached 92%～94%。
