摘要
采用热失重分析法对用作炭薄膜前驱体的几种高聚物薄膜试样在氩气气流中的热裂解反应进行了研究。实验结果表明,这几种聚酰亚胺薄膜热稳定性均很高.在350℃以前没有失重现象。热裂解反应进行得最激烈的温度区间为550~700℃,这也是热解炭化阶段的关键温度区间。研究了试样在该温度区间的热解动力学反应,并对其活化参数进行了一定的讨论。
The pyrolytic reaction of some polymeric films in Ar atmosphere were investigated by thermogravimetrie analysis method. Tile experimental results show that the thermal stability of these polyimides films is very high. Below 350℃, weight loss does not oeeur. The thermal degradations of these polyilnides films arc very violent in 550-700℃ which is a erueial temperature zone for the pyrolytic carbonization of thin films. The pyrolytic kineties of samples in 550-700℃ was studied and the activation parameters at each temperature were discussed.
