报道了ＭＤＩ液化改性用的催化剂３－甲基－１－苯基－１－磷杂环戊－３－烯－１－氧化物的合成工艺，该合成工艺由苯开始，原料易得，生产成本低；研究制备的该催化剂，催化活性高，用量少。

This article introduces the study on the synthesis of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1-phosphacyclopentene(3)-1-oxide,akind of catalyst that denaturates and liquidizes MDI.The reaction begins from benzene,the source of raw material is plenty and cost is cheap.The activity of the catalyst is higher while consumption is lower.The MDI denaturated and liquidized by this catalyst is of high quality.
