黄地吉仙片的质量标准研究

Studies on Quality Standard of Huangdijixian Pills

目的:建立制剂黄地吉仙片质量控制的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别处方药味黄芪、仙鹤草、熟地黄;采用高效液相色谱测定处方人参中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量。结果:建立了定性检查黄芪、仙鹤草、熟地黄的薄层色谱方法;建立了测定制剂中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1含量的高效液相色谱方法。结论:建立的质量控制方法可有效控制黄地吉仙片制剂质量,已经应用于实际生产。

Objective To establish one method for the quality standard of Huangdijixian pills. Methods： Radix Aastragall, Herba Agrimin and Radix Rehanniae were identified by TLC, Ainsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were determined by HPLC. Results： One TLC method has been established to examine Radix Aastragall, Herba Agrimin and Radix Rehanniae Preparata, One efficient method has been established to determine the content of Ginsenoside Rgl and Rbl. Conclusion Huangdijixian pills pharmaceutics quality can be controlled Effectively by the quality Standard controls method, which had been put Into actual production.
