测定不同产地千针万线草中牡荆素的含量。方法:用HPLC法测定,以乙腈-0.5%甲酸(20∶80)为流动相,340nm为检测波长。结果:千针万线草中牡荆素与其他成分得到很好的分离,不同产地的千针万线草中牡荆素的含量差异较大。牡荆素在0.00375mg/mL^0.12mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.66%;RSD=1.91%.结论:用高效液相色谱法测定牡荆素的含量,具有灵敏、准确、专属性强、重现性好的特点。

Objective： To determinate the content of vitexin in Stellaria yunnanensis in different areas. Methods ： the content of vitexin was measured by HPLC ; The system consisted of acetonitrile - 0.5% formic acid solution （20： 80） as the mobile phase. And detected at the wavelength of 340 nm. Results： vitexin in Stellaria yunnanensis was well separated from other compounds in Stellaria yunnanensis, the content of vitexin in Stellafia yunnanensis was more different in different areas. Vitexin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 00375 -0. 12 mg/ml （r =0 . 9999） and the average recovery rate was 100. 66%. RSD was 1.91%. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, specific, and accurate with a good repeatability.
