摘要
文章从材料选择、参数确定和结构设计等方面对2000m3丙烯球罐的设计予以阐述,说明大型球罐设计应从球罐的全寿命期着手,为后续的制造、安装、使用、检测、维修及再生等工作创造条件。本次丙烯球罐设计选用15MnNbR材料,设计压力2.16MPa,设计温度50℃,球壳设计壁厚53.5mm,球壳采用混合式四带十支柱结构型式,支柱采用赤道正切式的U型管柱结构型式。球罐建成投产后运行效果良好。
The design of a 2 000 m3 propylene spherical tank is expatiated in aspects of material selection, parameter determination and structural design. The design of large scale spherical tank should commence in the consideration of total life cycle and create necessary conditions for subsequent work such as manufacture, installation, usage, inspection, maintenance and regeneration. In the design of the 2 000 m3 propylene spherical tank, the tank material was 15MnNbR, design pressure was 2.16 MPa, design temperature was 50 ℃, design wall thickness was 53.5 mm, tank shell structure adopted a mixed type of four belts with ten support pillars, and the pillar structure adopted U shaped type of equator tangent mode.
