摘要
文章针对油气长输管道桁架跨越结构的设计问题,以巴东支井河跨越桁架设计初步方案和工程实际需要为基础,考虑该地区地震、温差、风力以及自重、试压等各种可能载荷的危险组合,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,考察桁架杆件截面尺寸、桁架截面形式及其尺寸对安全、省材和制作工艺的影响,依此进行优化设计分析。
This article is aimed at the problems of truss overhead crossing design of oil-gas transmission pipelines. Based on the original design proposal of truss overhead crossing Zhijing River and the project’s practical needs, also in consideration of the most dangerous load combination of earthquake, temperature difference, wind power, deadweight and test pressure, this article applies the finite element analysis program ANSYS to research the effects of dimension and type of bar cross-sections on safety, material cost and manufactural process, so as to carry out the optimal design analysis.
