摘要
目前国内外的原油管道输送广泛采用加热输送方式,最常见的加热设备是加热炉,这种方式的加热负荷很大,加热设备要求常年运行。从能源利用角度和现有技术来看,将太阳能集热技术用于燃油或储油预热,提高油品的管输能力是目前石油以及炼化企业利用太阳能实现节能最现实可行的技术方案。文章介绍了太阳能应用于原油管道输送的技术现状,加热节能系统的可行性设计、计算和试验,分析了该技术的可行性和经济性。
At present, the heating way for crude oil pipeline transmission is widely used at home and abroad and the common heating equipment is heater. By this heating way, the heating equipment needs running perennially with a large amount of heat load. From viewpoint of energy utilization and existing techniques, the most realistic and feasible technical scheme to utilize solar energy to achieve energy-saving for petroleum and refinery enterprises is to apply solar energy collection technique for preheating fuel oil or storage oil. This paper introduces the current technical status of crude oil pipeline transmission using solar energy, illustrates the feasibility design, calculation and test of the solar energy heating system, and analyses the feasibility and econ- omy of this technique.
