摘要 热油管道运行过程中不可避免地会遇到停输再启动问题。文章在水力、热力分析的基础上,采用数值模拟的方法,利用CFD软件建立计算模型,以大庆—哈尔滨(庆—哈)埋地输油管道为例,分析停输后管内原油温降规律;分析再启动过程,给出启动时间的计算方法及启动过程热油顶管压力变化情况,为庆—哈输油管道的停输再启动过程提供了一种安全评价手段,对于保障管道安全生产运行具有重要意义。 The shutdown and restart procedure during operation of the hot-oil pipeline is inevitable. Based on the hydraulic and thermal analyses, this paper applies numerical simulation method and uses the simulation software CFD to establish the computation model. Taking the actual operating conditions of Daqing-Harbin buried oil pipeline as an example, this paper simulates and analyzes the rule of crude oil temperature drop after shutdown and the process of restart, gives the calculation method of restart time and the change of hot-oil pushing pressure during restart. This simulation analysis provides a safety assessment method for Daqing-Harbin buried oil pipeline and is significant for safe operation of the pipeline.
