摘要
如何防止罐基础的不均匀沉降,一直是困扰软土区大型储罐建设的难题之一。文章分析了软土区大型储罐基础的常见破坏现象,针对储罐基础不均匀沉降导致储罐变形破坏问题,提出了罐基础中心加强法、罐基础内外回填料加强法、环墙沉降速率控制法等一系列防止储罐变形破坏的设计控制措施,以及沉降小处挖沟法、罐周加强限制法、压力灌浆法等储罐预压后的纠偏措施。
In large oil tank construction in soft soil area, how to avoid tank foundation accident is always the difficult problem. Beginning from the common breakage phenomena of large oil tanks in soft soil areas, this paper analyzes the reasons of the tank breakage and points out that the differential foundation settlement of large oil tank is one of the main causes leading to tank breakages. Several design and control measures are put forward to prevent tank deformation and breakage, including reinforcing tank central foundation, strengthening back-filling materials inside and outside the tank foundation, and controlling settlement rate of annular wall of the tank. Also the foundation deviation-rectifying measures after tank preloading with water are put forward, such as trenching at small settlement place, enhancing soil around tank and using pressure grouting.
