摘要
在长输管道的无损检测中,传统的管道爬行器使用放射性同位素作为指令源,其连续释放的伽玛射线对人体和环境有一定危害,为了解决这个问题,研制成功了一种新型的操作控制系统,此控制系统是一种磁定位传感装置,安全环保。文章介绍了磁定位装置的组成、工作原理及性能特点。该装置抗干扰能力强,实用性和稳定性好。
In non-destructive tests for long-distance pipelines, traditional pipeline crawlers use radioactive isotopes as the instruction resources which emit gamma rays harming human and environment to a certain extent. To solve this problem, a new kind of operational control system with magnetic positioning sensors was developed. The configuration, working principle and performance characteristics are introduced in this paper. The new crawler possesses a strong anti-interference ability, practicability, stability, safety and environmental protection.
