摘要
通过建立科技生产力流动网络模型,从科技生产力流动网络的构成、流动方向、流动力、流动介质、流动形式等方面,揭示科技生产力网络流动的机理,认为,科技生产力流动网络是非等势网络、具有非等质聚集系数等特点,科技生产力呈双向动态网络化流动,形成梯次布局的状态。
This article establishes the flowing network model of science and technology productive forces, revaluates the flowing mechanism of science and technology productive forces along network from flowing constitutes, flowing direction, flowing strength, flowing medium, flowing form, and so on. The authors believe that the technical productive forces are non-equipotential line flowing network and have the characteristics of non-homogeneous clustering coefficient. Science and technology productive forces are bi-directional and dynamic flowing along network and form the layout in echelon.
