摘要
培育创新集群能够有效支持创新型国家建设,明晰创新集群的演化动力及其生成机制对培育创新集群具有深远影响。对已有研究做了回顾,并分析了其不足。从语义与属性特征着手剖析,提出创新集群的演化动力是以技术创新为导向的市场竞争。以此为基础,对芬兰ICT创新集群的崛起做了案例分析。卖方市场集中、产业地理集聚与技术创新聚集的耦合是创新集群演化动力机制的结构形式。基于上述结论,提出培育创新集群首先需要完善市场竞争机制,理顺政府管理职能。
Fostering innovation clusters could support National Innovation System Construction effectively. Clarity the evolutionary dynamic and emergence mechanism of innovation clusters deeply effect fostering innovation clusters. This paper has been to do a review of research, analysis of its shortcomings, and property from the characteristics of semantic analysis to proceed. The Evolutionary Dynamic of innovation Clusters is based on market competition, which oriented by innovation. The coupled of seller＇s market concentration, industry geographic aggregation and technological innovation clusters structure the innovation Clusters＇ evolutionary dynamic emergence Mechanism.
