摘要
对战略联盟中知识转移频度的动态性进行了研究。首先,对联盟中知识转移频度的影响因素进行分析,并建立了知识转移频度动态性机理分析模型。根据该模型,在动机性、信任度和竞合强度三维结构因素的共同作用下,知识转移频度得以实现变化。
This article researches on the dynamic mechanism of the frequency of knowledge transfer in strategic alliance. Firstly, the influencing factors on the frequency of knowledge transfer are analyzed. And then, the dynamic mechanism model of the frequency of knowledge transfer is constructed. In the effect of the three structural dimensions formed by purpose, trust and the strength between competition and cooperation based on this model, the frequency of knowledge transfer is changed dynamically.
