摘要
在界定知识工作为非程序性、非规范性的基础上,对知识工作的层次性结构进行描述和分析,建立了知识工作的树型结构模型,同时引入结构熵的概念,用以定量表述知识工作结构的非程序性和非规范性程度,以及知识员工对工作任务认识的不确定性程度。最后,通过实证研究指出,掌握知识工作的结构性特征规律,努力实现知识工作的程序化和规范化管理,同时挖掘知识工作中的创新行为,促进知识工作的共享,将是知识工作生产率提高的重要途径。
Based on the analysis of knowledge work's non-procedure and non-standard characteristic, this paper analyses the hierarchical structure of knowledge work and established a tree-structure model of knowledge work. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the concept of structural entropy for the quantitative expression of the degree of non-procedure & non-standard and the uncertain understanding to the task of knowledge workers. At last, from the empirical study, the article concludes that the mastery of knowledge work's structural rules, efforts to achieve knowledge work's standardized management, excavating the innovation activities of knowledge work and promoting the knowledge sharing, will be the important ways for raising the knowledge work productivity.
