摘要 汽车轮毂因其形状复杂,故正向设计周期较长,且精度不易满足要求。利用逆向工程技术,采用Surfacer软件对汽车轮毂进行曲面精确重构。根据自由曲面的几何特性,对原始点云数据进行合理分块,利用NURBS曲面拟合技术得到轮毂曲面造型,最后对拟合曲面进行了误差分析,结果显示,重构的轮毂曲面符合实际工程要求。 The top-down design period of automobile hub is longer and precision is difficult to meet requirment because of its complicated shape. Precise reconstruction of curved surface of automobile hub was finished by using Surfacer software based on reverse engineering technology. According to geometrical characteristics of free curved surface, original cloud point data were rationally segmented, the model of hub curved surface was gained by using NURBS curved surface technique, and error analysis for fitting curved surface was finished. The result shows that the reconstructed hub surface can meet factual engineering requirments.
