摘要 在嵌入式技术的基础上进行微孔振动钻削机床数控系统硬件平台和软件平台的开发。系统的硬件结构以高性能低功耗的32位ARM7嵌入式处理器LPC2210为控制核心,配以必要的外围模块;软件系统以源码开发的嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OSⅡ为核心,开发了设备运行管理所需的应用控制软件。该数控系统不仅可靠性高、功能性强、稳定性好,而且具有良好的可移植性和可裁剪性,可根据实际的需求进行功能的扩展和裁剪。 Based on the embedded technology, hardware and software platforms of the CNC system of a micro-hole vibratory drilling machine tool was developed. In this CNC system, the kernel of hardware is a 32-bit embedded ARM board with CPU LPC2210. Some necessary peripheral modules were built and equipped, the software platform of the CNC system was constructed based on realtime embedded operating system of μC/OS- Ⅱ, and the required application software to control the machine tool was developed. This CNC system has high reliablity and good expansibility, it is convenient to implement the function modification according to practical requirement.
