活塞环内外圆数控仿形加工的研究

摘要 活塞环内外圆仿形加工是其加工环节的难点,加工轮廓复杂。要使刀架往复运动能跟踪目标曲线,要求刀架具有很高的速度和加速度以及有足够的带宽,传统的旋转伺服加滚珠丝杆的形式已经不能满足要求,为此,提出了基于直线电机直接驱动刀架的方法,很好地解决了这一难题。 It is not easy to processing piston ring contour because of its complicating shape. In order to trace the curve of piston ring, servo actuator must have high speed and acceleration to complete movement of back and forth, and the order of harmonic of the piston ring contour must be very high, so the control system bandwidth should be wide enough. It's hard to satisfy these requirements for the traditional drive methods by using rotate serve and lead screw. A new method of direct drive by linear motor was provided, which achieves good results.
