摘要
机床进给系统的精度对工件加工精度有很大的影响。以基于PMAC的数控进给系统试验台为例,建立其进给系统的数学模型,并通过系统的PID参数调整、前馈的应用以及螺距误差补偿等方法对进给系统的精度进行了分析和控制,有效地提高了系统的运动精度和位置精度。
Precision of feed system has a great influence on machining precision. Taking the case of NC system test bench based on PMAC as an example, mathematical model was established. The NC feed system precision was analyzed and controlled by the PID parameters adjustment, the application of feed forward and pitch error compensation, and motion precision and position precision were effectively improved.
