摘要
介绍了箕斗定重装载液压系统的工作原理,并建立了定重装载液压系统的数学模型,应用MATLAB软件中的SIMULINK工具箱在计算机上进行数值仿真求解,绘制出不同管路长度情况下液压缸活塞的举升速度与时间的关系曲线图,从理论上分析了管路长度变化对液压缸活塞举升速度影响的规律。
The working principle of weight-fixed loading hydraulic system was introduced, the mathematical model of the system was established and solved by using SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB software, the curve of hydraulic cylinder piston velocity at different length of hydraulic pipeline was drawn. The impact of hydraulic pipeline length on hydraulic cylinder piston velocity was analyzed.
