摘要
介绍功率键合图-状态方程法的原理和应用特点,并利用该方法研究了新型安全阀的动态特性,对影响该阀动态性能的相关因素进行分析。仿真结果表明:适当增加安全阀的调定压力、减少过阀流量以及适当减小搭合量等措施可有效的提高安全阀的反应灵敏性;而增加阀口过滤网的液阻和适当增加密封圈对阀芯的摩擦阻力有助于提高阀的稳定性。
The fundamentals and characters of power bond graph-state equations were introduced. The mathematic model was founded by this method and the capabilities of this new type valve were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that increasing the set pressure, decreasing the flow and properly shortening the overlap can availably enhance the sensitivity of this relief valve. Increasing the resisitanee of filter and friction force can help to improve the stability of this relief valve.
