摘要
以三坐标立式加工中心和触发式测头组成的加工中心在线检测系统为例,介绍了触发式测头在确定工件坐标系中的应用原理,由检测程序自动控制完成工件坐标系的设定。同时在MAKINO立式加工中心上进行实验验证,实验结果表明:触发式测头的应用,大大地缩短了机床的辅助时间,提高了生产率。
Taking machining center on-line inspection system consisted of three axes vertical machining center and touch trigger probe for example, the applied principle of touch trigger probe in setting workpieee coordinate system was introduced. The setting of workpiece coordinate system is automatically achieved by inspection program. The experiment was carried out on MAKINO vertical machining center. The result shows that the application of touch trigger probe shortens assistant time of machine tool greatly and improves oroductivitv.
