摘要
为了提高HLZ10C型活塞浇注机生产活塞铸件的生产效率和质量,避免人为因素对活塞毛坯冷却的不良影响,提出了对原电气控制系统进行温控方法的改进,着重阐述了增加的温控模块的结构及其实现过程。经使用证明,该系统工作稳定可靠,很好地发挥了作用,并为企业创造了显著的经济效益。
In order to increase the output and quality of piston castings and avoid the disadvantages of piston casting cooling, the improvement method of the electric control system was introduced, the configuration and realization of added temperature control module were discussed. Application effect proves that its functions are stronger, its performance in use is better and it works as a very important part of the production. It brings more profits to the enterprise conspicuously.
