对某厂高纯氮原输送气路进行了分析,针对该厂高纯氮的使用情况及管网布置情况,提出了新的管网布置方案和节能降耗方法,对原回路进行了重新设计改造,并就改造后的回路进行了节能效果分析和计算。

The delivery way of high purity nitrogen of a factory was analyzed. According to the using condition of high purity nitrogen and the pipe network, a new pipe network scheme and a new method of energy saving were put forward. The delivery way of high purity nitrogen was redesigned, and the effect of energy saving was analyzed and calculated.
