摘要
采用工控机+运动控制卡+高效交流伺服系统的结构,以PC作为运动控制的核心处理部分,运动控制卡负责整个运动控制的细节,并以VC++6.0作为开发工具,开发了具有开放式、通用性、灵活性的足底矫形器CAM系统软硬件平台。将CAM系统引入足底矫形器设计加工中,不但提高了产品质量也使生产周期大为缩减。
The CAM system was applied in the machining and design of foot orthosis. The machining system takes industrial computer, motion control card and AC Servo System as systematic structure, uses PC as the center of the system and uses the motion card to take charge of the details of the motion control. The CAM system platform of software and hard for f foot orthosis was developed by Visual C + + 6.0, which has the advantages of openness, universality and flexibility. The application of CAM system in the machining of foot orthosis can improve product quality and shorten production period.
