摘要
针对仿真转台电液伺服系统建立数学模型存在某些不确定性的特点,以及在控制系统设计和调试时为避免频繁启动运行大功率液压系统而造成转台磨损损伤的状况,建立了一个数字半实物模型替代原系统调试与仿真实验。采用Laguerre滤波网络的结构,以短数据集-低阶算法精确逼近系统,得到了等价的系统模型。通过对模型进行仿真实验,表明该方法能够较好地解决仿真转台电液伺服系统的建模与控制调试问题。
In allusion to the reasons that electrohydranlics servo system for simulator has some uncertainty in constituting mathematical model, and to avoid the abrasion of simulator owing to continual start-up of high-power hydraulic system in the design and debugging of the control system, a digital semi-physical model was constitute to replace the former debugging and simulation experiment. To adopt the structure of the Lagnerre filter network and approximate system with the shot-data set & low-order arithmetic, an equivalent system model was set up. The results of simulating experiment indicate that this method can solve the problems of modeling and control debugging in simulator electrohydraulics servo system.
