Research on Operation Mode of 4PL in Industry Cluster of Taiwan Straits Western Economic Zone

从第四方物流的内涵入手,结合海西物流发展现状,针对海西产业集群专业化物流企业发展存在的问题,提出了海西经济区第四方物流的四种运作模式。

Based on the connotation of 4PL and the current situation of logistics in Taiwan Straits Western Economic Zone as well as the problems existing in the professional logistics enterprises in the industry cluster of the Zone, the paper proposes four operation modes of 4PL in Taiwan Straits Western Economic Zone.
