摘要 构造了拣货作业中订单分批问题的数学模型,在一些模型假设的基础上,提出了解决该问题的遗传算法。算例分析表明,该算法的订单分批结果优于传统的先到先服务的分批结果,为实现订单优化分批拣货作业提供了新方法。 The paper establishes a mathematical model of order batching. Based on some assumptions of the model, the paper puts forward a genetic algorithm to solve the problem. A case shows that the result of the algorithm is better than the traditional FCFS's and provides a new method to optimize the order batching in picking operation.
