摘要
通过对制造商占主导地位和销售商占主导地位两类供应链利益分配模型的对比分析,指出两种模型中存在的问题,并在此基础上结合我国家电供应链特点,提出我国家电供应链利益分配方案。
The paper compares the benefit distribution mode of HEA （Household Electrical Appliance） supply chain guided by manufacturers with that guided by distributors, points out the problems existing in the two modes and proposes how to distribute the benefits based on the features of Chinese HEA supply chain.
