摘要
在分析军地"两个系统"差异的基础上,对军事供应链的组织结构、运作过程和信息系统的构成重新进行了思考和分析,采用层层分解的方法得出了军事供应链"双金字塔"的组织结构、"三层"运作流程和信息系统的构成,符合军队和企业的实际,为进一步理清军事供应链的结构提供借鉴和参考。
Analyzing the differences between the army and the enterprises, the paper discusses the organizational structure, operation process and information system of military supply chain by unwrapping layer upon layer and finds a ＇double pyramids＇ organizational structure, a three-layer operation process and the constitution of information system which are fit for the military and local reality.
