胰头部肿块的定性诊断时常困难,其影响手术决策。各种术前及术中病理学诊断方法中,术中组织芯活检是判断胰头部肿块性质快速、安全、有效、经济、准确的方法,可以为手术决策提供可靠依据。

Pancreatic head mass sometimes is difficulty to make a definite diagnosis and influences our surgical decision making. The relationship of the pathological results with surgical procedure was discussed, and different pre-operative ＆ intra-operative pathological diagnostic methods including the core biopsy maneuver were evaluated. It was concluded that the core biopsy technique was quick, safe, effective and accurate method for the diagnosis of the pancreatic head mass, and it could provide credible evidence for surgical decision making.
