摘要
研究了用机械共混法制取氯磷化聚乙烯/丁苯橡胶(CSPE/SBR)互穿网络聚合物。用力学方法研究了它们的力学性能与组份比的关系以及混炼温度、混炼时间对它的影响。CSPE/SBR共混温度为70℃、共混时间为10min为宜;当CSPE/SBR的配比为20/80、80/20时,体系的扯断伸长率、拉伸强度分别达到最佳值。橡胶通过简单的机械共混,经分别交联后可形成较理想的IPN复合材料。
The preparation of CSPE/SBR IPN was investigated by mechanical blending. The relation between their mechanical properties and composition ratios as well as the effect of blending temperature and time on their properties were studied. The experimental results showed: the optimum conditions for the blends of CSPE/SBR were those with temperature at 70℃ and the blending time 10 min; the elongation at break and tensile strength reached the optimized values at the CSPE/SBR ratios of 20/80 and 80/20, respectively; there was synergistic effect in the mechanical properties of the IPN system which promised that solid rubber could be used as ideal but non-typical IPN type composite materials after simple mechanical blending and separate vulcanization.
