坦洛新联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床观察

Clinical efficiency of Tamsulosin combining with Prostant in the treatment of patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis

目的观察坦洛新联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),治疗组应用坦洛新和前列安栓,对照组应用特拉唑嗪和前列安栓,观察2组治疗前后的慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI评分)和疗效变化,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组:临床痊愈12例,显效14例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率93.3%;对照组:临床痊愈5例,显效9例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率72.1%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善患者尿路症状、生活质量及总NIH-CPSI方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两者在改善疼痛症状上无明显差异(P>0.1)。结论坦洛新联用前列安栓是治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎有效的药物组合。

Objective To investigate the efficiency of Tamsulosin combining with Prostant in the treatment of patients with abacterial chronic prostatitis. Methods Total of 90 patients with abacterial chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into test group treated with tamsulosin （0.2 mg qn） and Prostant （anally one pill per night）, and control group treated with Terazosin （2 mg qn） and Prostant. The NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI） was evaluated before and after treatment to judge its clinical efficiency. Results： The CPSI score of the test group decreased from 24.53±4.90 to 7.44±6.19, whereas that of the control group decreased from 25.28±4.15 to 13.40±7.23. There was a significant difference in the post-treatment CPSI score between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Our results suggested that Tamsulosin combining with Prostant was effective and safe in the treatment of patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis.
