龟龄集胶囊治疗少弱精子症的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of GuiLingJi capsule(GLJ) in the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia

目的观察龟龄集胶囊治疗少弱精子症所致男性不育症的疗效和安全性。方法160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组用龟龄集胶囊口服治疗,一次0.6g,每日1次,对照组服用五子衍宗丸,每次6g,每日2次,疗程均为3个月,并于治疗前后对两组患者进行精液参数及疗效观察。结果治疗组显效率58.33%,有效率25%,无效率5.56%,总有效率94.44%;女方妊娠率为11.11%;对照组显效率46.05%,有效率22.37%,无效率26.32%,总有效率73.68%;女方妊娠率为5.26%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论龟龄集能提高少弱精子症精液质量且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of GuiLingJi capsule（GLJ） in the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods A total of 160 patients were randomly divided into the test group treated with 0.6 g GLJ once a day and control group treated with 6g Wuzi Yanzong Pills twice a day. The period of treatment for patients was all 3 months. The semen parameters of the patients were analyzed by computer-assisted sperm analysis system before and after the treatment. Results The effective rate, the pregnancy rate and the marked rate were 94.44%, 11.11% and 58.33% respectively in the test group, and 73.68%, 5.26%, 46.05% respectively in the control group. There are statistically significant difference in clinical efficiency between these two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of GuiLingJi capsule（GLJ） was good for the treatment of patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia.
