绍了子午胎帘子布用涤纶弹力纬纱的制造技术。在普通纺丝设备上，合理选择聚酯原料，确定最佳生产工艺，生产出具有特殊性能的聚酯长丝，经棉纱包覆制成涤纶弹力纬纱。该产品浸胶后延伸可达８０％以上，适于子午胎用涤纶帘子布的制造及后加工。
The production of PET elastomeric yarns was introduced. Through the optimum process, the PET filaments which had specific function were obtained from the appropriate material on the conventional spinning machines. Circled with cotton yarns, the PET elastomeric yarns available for PET cord fabrics in radiaply tire were obtained, which have the extension above 80% after gum dipping.
