高表达基质金属蛋白酶-2食管癌细胞系的筛选及其意义

摘要 食管癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,随着外科技术水平的发展和放疗、化疗方案的日趋成熟,食管癌的综合治疗达到了一个新的水平,但令人遗憾的是其手术后5年生存率仅为25%~40%,没有显著的提高。食管癌的进展主要表现在肿瘤的侵袭和转移,因此针对肿瘤侵袭转移相关的基因研究成为肿瘤研究的热点之一。基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)是降解细胞外基质(ECM)和基底膜(BM)的重要酶,与肿瘤侵袭、转移和血管生成密切相关,在多种肿瘤组织中有较高的表达。笔者通过对4种食管癌细胞系MMP-2的表达分别进行了mRNA和蛋白质水平的检测,以期筛选出高表达MMP-2食管癌细胞系,为进一步对食管癌侵袭转移的研究奠定基础。
