主动脉脉压、脉压指数与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性研究 被引量：4

摘要 近年来，国内外的大量研究已证明，脉压（PP）和脉压指数（PPI）是导致心血管疾病的独立危险因素，其预测价值大于各自的收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）。由于传统的外周动脉血压测量易受多种因素干扰，故中心动脉内血压可以更准确表达实际血压情况，能够更准确地判断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的严重程度。本研究旨在评价主动脉PP、PPI与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性。
