摘要
在采用钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷时,分别用恒温干燥箱和蒸汽消毒器消解试样,对测定得到的总磷工作曲线和实际水样中总磷的含量进行了对比,结果表明,与蒸汽消毒器消解方法相比,恒温干燥箱消解法同样不存在系统误差,并且操作简便、温度容易控制,同时能够缩短工作时间,且不会出现比色管中试样外溢等现象,测定结果准确。因此,此方法能够替代传统的水样预处理方法,在满足试验精度的前提下达到简化操作的目的。
In the determination of total phosphorus in water by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method, constant temperature oven and steam sterilizer are applied to digest water sample respectively, and the measured TP curve and the content of total phosphorus in the actual water sample were compared. The results show that compared with the digestion in steam sterilizer, the system error of digestion in constant temperature oven does not exist either, and the same time, the latter has more advantages, such'as simple operation, easy temperature control, shortened working hours, no colorimetric tube specimen spills, and accurate determination. Therefore, this method is capable of replacing the traditional pretreatment method, and achieves the simple operation under the premise of satisfying experimental precision.
