摘要
文章设计了一种应用于变电站的远程红外监测系统。该系统分为红外图像采集压缩单元和红外图像处理单元两个部分。介绍了系统的设计背景,提出了系统的设计思想和体系结构,详细阐述了系统两个部分的硬件结构和软件设计。主要运用两个关键技术,即数字图像压缩技术和数字图像处理技术。
An infrared detection system applied in electrical substation is designed. This system consists of two units, that is, the infrared image collecting and compressing unit and the infrared image processing unit. This paper first describes design background of this system, then points out the design thought and structure of this system, tells of in detail the hardware and software design. Digital image compressing and processing is the principal technology in this system.
