缺血性脑卒中辨证分型与Hs-CRP、HCY及LP(a)的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Syndrome Differentiation of Ischemic Stroke and Hs-CRP,HCY and LP(a)

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中中医辨证分型与炎性介质超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]的相关性。方法169例缺血性脑卒中患者予以辨证分型及Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)水平测定,并进行统计。结果"痰"、"瘀"组Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)较其它组明显。结论监测Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)紊乱可为缺血性脑卒中患者提供合适的辨证治疗方法。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the syndrome differentiation of ischemic stroke and Hs- CPR, HCY and LP（a）. Methods： 169 patients with ischemic stroke were differed classification of TCM syndromes. Moreover, levels of Hs - PCR, HCY and LP（a） were detected and statisted. Results： The levels of Hs - CRP, HCY and LP（a） in ＂sputum＂ and ＂Blood＂ group were more remarkable than other groups. Conclusion： The levels of Hs- CPR, HCY and LP（a） could be suitable methods of differentiation and treatment in patients with ischemic stroke.
