益脾止泻汤对脾虚泄泻大鼠的作用机制研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探寻益脾止泻汤治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的作用机制。方法采用大黄煎剂灌胃制作脾虚泄泻动物模型,设正常组、模型组、思密达组、益脾止泻汤小剂量组和大剂量组共五组。实验结束后检测大鼠脏器系数、尿淀粉酶(AMS)、血清琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的变化。结果大剂量组脾脏系数与思密达组比较差异显著;大剂量组、思密达组AMS与正常组相近;大剂量组血清SDH与正常组相近。大剂量组血清SDH与思密达组、模型组差异显著。结论益脾止泻汤治疗脾虚泄泻疗效显著。其作用机制与调节免疫功能,增强胰腺外分泌功能,提高三羧酸循环的活跃程度有关。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Yipizhixie Decoction on infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency. Methods: The spleen asthenic diarrhea models of rats induced by Dahuang Decoction, then the model rats were divided into normal group, model group, smecta group, low dose and high dose Yipizhixie Decoction group. The spleen coefficient, the content of AMS in urine and the SDH in blood serum were determined. Results: The difference of spleen coefficient was significant between the high dose Yipizhixie Decoction group and smecta group. There was no significant difference in AMS among the high dose Yipizhixie Decoction group, smecta group and normal group. There was no significant difference in SDH between high dose Yipizhixie Decoction group and normal group while there was a statistical significance between high dose Yipizhixie Decoction group and smecta group or model group. Conclusion: Yipizhixie Decoction has predominant curative effect in treating diarrhea due to spleen deficiency. The mechanism maybe improve external function of pancreatic secretion, contribute to the spleen functional recovery and TCA cycle active level.
