焦炉炭化室墙熔洞形成的原因分析与热修

Reason Analysis and Hot-repairing on the Melted Holes of the Walls in the Coking Chamber of Coke Oven

文章针对包钢焦化厂4座老焦炉多年来的生产情况,分析其中3座超期服役焦炉出现熔洞的原因;根据熔洞的形状结构,总结了一套行之有效的骨料法熔洞热修补技术,对提高焦炉炭化室墙熔洞热修补质量和促进焦炉热修技术的发展均有着广泛的意义。

According to the production situation of the four old coke ovens in the Coking Plant of Baotou Steel in recent years ,the paper analyses the formation reasons of the melted holes of the three old coke ovens. In accordance with the holes＇ structural conformation,it sums up a set of effective hot -repairing technique on mehed holes by aggregating, which makes great contribution to the improvement on the repairing quality of melted holes in the coking chamber of coke oven as well as to the development of the hot - repairing technique.
