包钢焦化厂每天产生大量脱硫废液,为克服废液在煤场搅拌、煤塔喷洒的弊端,实现厂内循环无害处理,开发了专用混料机,实现了废液和配合煤的均匀混合,减少了废液造成的设备腐蚀和环境污染。

A large quantity of desulphurization waste solution results from the daily production of the Coking Plant. In order to resolve the problems of stirring waste solution in the coal yard,spray of the coal tower,and also to realize the innocent cycle treatment in the Coking Plant, this purpose - designed blender was developed. The new blender can uniformly mix the waste solution and the blended coal. Meanwhile, it also effectively prevents the equipment corrosion and environmental pollution.
