摘要
文章论述了采用新技术、新设备、以其实现高产、优质、低耗、长寿的冶炼方针,从炉型设计,耐火砖的选择和组合,喷涂料的使用,以求达到最佳的经济效益。炉体冷却设备的改进,进一步延长高炉寿命。
The artical states the smelting policy to realize high output,super quality,low consumption and long service time by using new technology and new equipment. The optimum economic benefit will achieve by the design for furnace profile, refractory brick selection and combination, casting material application. The blast furnace service time will be extending further with improvement of cooling equipment of BF body.
