Application of the Area Contract Mode in the CDQ Area of Inspection and Maintenance

设备检修维护区域承包管理模式通过在焦化厂干熄焦系统的应用,以其较好的效果,证明该管理模式的先进性,为其它生产系统的检修维护管理提供了参考,具有一定的推广价值。文章对其效果进行了简要分析与总结。

The area contract mode of equipment inspection and maintenance is applied in the coke dry quenching of the Coking,Plant ,the better effectiveness proves this mode is advanced ,offers the reference for other producing departments ,and it is to be extended. This article briefly analyses and sums up the effectiveness of the contract mode.
