涤纶三异混纤纱性能的研究

摘要 用涤纶三异混纤纱作为长丝仿毛原料 ,着重讨论了混纤比、异收缩程度和捻度对涤纶三异混纤纱物理—机械性能、蓬松性和仿毛效果的影响。试验证明 ,提高混纤比、增加原丝间收缩差可改善混纤纱的蓬松性 ,增强织物毛感和柔软性 ,但纱线强度下降 ;增加捻度可改善织物的悬垂性 ,手感滑爽 ,但仿毛效果变差。文中还探索了涤纶三异混纤纱的仿毛机理。 In this paper,the effect of the blending ratio、degree of shrinkage and twist number of three- different blended filament yarns,as wool- like material,on the physicomechanical properties、 bulkiness has been studied.The results show that with increasing the blending ratio and the difference of the shrinkage between the raw yarns,the bulkiness,wool- like handle and softness could be significantly improved but the tensile strength of the yarns de- creases While increasing twist number,the draping property,handle could be improved but the wool- like property becomes worse. The mechanism of having wool- like property is also discussed.
