摘要
本文首先阐释了楼宇经济的内涵。然后根据研究综述和发展实践,总结出中小城市发展楼宇经济的可行性分析框架。继而以经济发展阶段和梯度推移理论说明实证对象的典型性,并由海宁自身具备的优越区位、强劲经济实力、独特的社会文化氛围及开明的制度环境等基础条件,结合区域地位的提升、社会经济效益的双赢、城市空间功能组织的完善等发展效益分析,对海宁发展楼宇经济的可行性进行了实证研究。最后概括总结了楼宇经济对于中小城市发展的实际意义。
This article introduces the connotation of building economy and sums up theoretical framework of feasibility analysis of building economy development in small or medium-sized cities according to research reviews and practices. Then it illuminates typicality of the empirical subject based on theories of economic development stage and grads process. It argues that it is feasible for Halning to develop building economy because of its good location, competitive economy, distinctive ancient cultural context and favorable institutional environment. And the develop- ment benefits, such as promotion of regional status, social and economic double win effect, enhancement of spatial and social organization, and the contribution to its feasibility. Finally, it briefly summarizes the practical significances for small or medium-sized cities to develop building economy in China.
