抗静电热粘合复合纤维研究

摘要 本文主要介绍抗静电热粘合复合纤维纺丝及抗静电剂的加入对纤维结构性能影响.通过熔融指数、声速、密度及力学性能的测定,表明抗静电列加入到聚丙烯、聚乙烯中,其熔融指数上升、可纺性提高、最大拉伸比提高,与普通热粘合复合纤维比较,其取向度低、结晶度低、模量低、延伸度大、吸水性好、抗静电效果好. The paper mainly describes the melt-spinning of the anti-static heat adhesive composite fiber and the influence of anti-static agent on the structure and properties of the fiber. By means of melt index,sonic speed,density and mechanical property measurements, the results show that the melt index and maximum draw-ratio are increased, the spinnability is also improved. Compared with normal heat-adhesive composite fiber, the orientation,crystallinity and modulus are all lower, while the elongation is higher. Besides, the water-absorbency and the anti-static effect are good.
