摘要
由松香与丙烯酸进行D-A加成反应制得丙烯酸改性松香,再与乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇酯化制得双丙烯酸改性松香酯多元醇。测试了酯化产物的分子量、聚合度、粘度、羟值和官能度等理化参数,并对各产物的耐热性和红外光谱进行了分析,结果表明,酯化产物可作为耐热的多元醇原料使用。
An acrylic acid modified rosin was prepared by the addition reaction of rosin with acrylic acid,which was further reacted with glycol,diethylene glycol or triethylene glycol to form the diacrylic acid modified rosin ester polyol.The MW,degree of polymerization,viscosity,hydroxyl value and functionality of the product were determined,and the heat resistance and IR spectrum of the product were given.It has shown that the product can be used as a heat resistant polyol component in coatings industry.
