摘要 研究了5-(4-磺酸钠苯偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(SPAQ)与镍的显色反应及其最佳条件。在CTMAB存在下,强碱性介质中,SPAQ与镍形成2:1的红紫色络合物,其最大吸收峰位于598nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1;镍量在0~20μg/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法已用于矿石中微量镍的测定。 The colour reaction of nickel(Ⅱ) with 5-(4-sodium sulfonate phenylazo)-8-aminoquinoline(SPAQ) and its optimum conditions have been investigated.A method for the spectrophotometric determination of nickel with SPAQ has been developed.In the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,SPAQ reacts with nickel(Ⅱ) in alkaline solution to form a 1:2 complex which exhibits a maximum absorbance at 598nm.The molar absorptivity of the complex is found to be 2.0×10 5.Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range 0~20μg/50ml for nickel.The method has been used for the determination of microamounts of nickel in real samples with satisfactory results.
